王翊洁,教授,博士生导师。教育部海外引才计划项目获得者,山东省泰山学者青年专家,山东省海外优青
王翊洁教授长期致力于基因组稳定性维持的分子机制研究,重点关注其功能异常如何驱动肿瘤的发生与发展。实验室以DNA损伤应答与修复通路为核心研究方向,系统解析关键调控因子在不同遗传背景下的作用机制及其调控网络,旨在为合成致死靶策略的开发提供理潜在靶点与理论依据。近五年以第一或通讯作者身份在PNAS、Nature Communications、Advanced Science, Cancer Research、Oncogene等国际知名期刊发表SCI论文16篇;授权国家发明专利2项;参编中、英文论著各1部。

研究内容
1. 阐明基因组不稳定性与肿瘤发生发展的内在联系;
2. 构建DNA损伤修复的调控网络,揭示基因组稳定性维持的关键蛋白及其作用机制;
3. 基于合成致死原理,为开发肿瘤靶向治疗策略及增强放化疗敏感性提供新靶点。
