曹董玲，女，中共党员，理学博士，植物学专业，主要承担植物学课程教学工作，生物与医药硕士点硕士生导师。

主要研究方向为药食同源植物多组学分析及高值化利用。主持国家自然科学基金项目，参与国家自然科学基金面上项目；先后参与山东省林下草本植物资源调查、全国中药资源普查、东营市高等植物多样性调查等科研项目，参编《泰山木本植物图志》《鲁山植物志》等多部植物学专著。

以第一作者在《Journal of Systematic and Evolution》《BMC Genomics》《Frontiers in Plant Science》等期刊发表多篇学术论文，成果聚焦蓼科、十字花科、堇菜科类药用植物系统演化与药用植物鉴定研究。

教学能力突出，获山东师范大学第十三届青年教师教学比赛一等奖、中华经典诵读大赛教师组一等奖。积极指导学生参与全国大学生生命科学竞赛、大创及乡村振兴类科创赛事，注重培养学生科研思维与实践创新能力。
